There is a "cooling off" period of 7 days after
which time deposits are non refundable.
Balance is due 1 month prior to wedding.
Notification of a
cancellation must be made in writing to be received by us no later than 12 weeks
prior to the wedding date. If a cancellation is
made later than this the client will be liable for 50% of the remaining balance.
It is your responsibility to inform us in writing of any
changes to the above details giving as much notice as possible.
Our car is kept in pristine condition and as such gives a very reliable
service. All cars have the capacity to suffer
unforeseen
problems and we
cannot be held responsible for any breakdown that may occur. In
such circumstances we would make every effort to rectify the situation, however
this may mean that a different car is used.
Whilst every effort will be made to
source the ribbon colour of your choice, this cannot be guaranteed. if we are unable to do so, we will use
white/ivory.
